Today I am starting a 40 week challenge with myself to become #fitforforty. As I approach my 40th birthday in December, my goal is to be healthy in my mind, body and spirit.
I want to make sure that in 40 years, I do everything in my power to be here to see my son cross the same milestone... #Sonday
